Services are scoped in writing before work begins. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed per project and are not covered by these general terms.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each project scope or invoice. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, templates and code libraries remain my property and may be reused across projects.

Confidentiality

Client information, credentials and business data shared for a project are kept confidential and used only for the purposes of that project.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a professional best-effort basis. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of deliverables, including third-party platform outages or policy changes.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
